Solar Charger for cell phone?

I am looking for a small solar cell I can use to charge my cell phone and other small electronics. (mp3, ipod, etc…) Somewhere in the range of maybe $20-40? Many of the ones I found on the internet do not have a standard outlet like the one found on my wall. They all had small little attachments which I am not sure would support my devices, which is why I wanted the standard “wall outlet” on it. Does anybody know of one on the internet or in a shop? I live in FL so we have plenty of sun but few use it.
In the link you showed, does it have a regular wallport (female) that I can plug my stuff into?? Like could I take my regular phone charger and plug it into there? That’s what I am looking for because I do not know if it would support my cell phone or ipod.
